Garnet coloured wine with aromas of dark fruit jam and soft hints of toast. In the mouth its complex, round and smooth with a long, persistent finish.
Hand picked in 12KG boxes. Complete de-stemming followed by maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. 12 months maturation in French oak barrels.
