Citrus coloured wine with subtle aromas of ripe white fruits. At the mouth mineral, with fine acidity and a long finish.
Grapes hand picked in 12 KG boxes. The grapes are cooled down to a temperature of 5ºC and then completely de-stemed. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with a controlled temperature from 10-12°C and subsequent cold stabilisation. Ripening for 6 month in stainless steel vats.
