70% Gouveio, 20% Viosinho and 10% Arinto
Mediterranean grasslands derived from granite
Clean, light citrus color. Full ripe fruit, with white peach and citrus notes, passionfruit and pineapple.
In the mouth juicy with exotic hints and a pleasant acidity. Good structure with finesse.
Manual harvest is carried out in 25kg boxes.
The grapes are separated and subject to a cold maceration for 24 hours at a low temperature. Fermentation in small capacity stainless steel tanks is proceeded at a temperature of 14°C, for around 4 weeks after which the wine filtered and biologically stabilized. Later maturation is done in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 8°C until the bottling with membrane filtering.
