Citrus coloured wine with aromas of fresh white fruits. In the mouth with a creamy texture an good structure. Long pleasant finish.
Grapes hand picked in 12 KG boxes. The grapes are cooled down to a temperature of 5ºC and then completely de-stemed. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with a controlled temperature from 10-12°C and subsequent cold stabilisation. Ripening for 6 month in stainless steel vats.
